Spiced Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 small onion
6 slices bacon
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 pkg. sausage or Polish sausage
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp and set aside.
Reserve grease.
In a large pan, cut up cabbage and onions.
Add water, bacon grease, garlic, salt and red pepper.
Mix well and cook over low heat until tender.
Add sausage.
Cook 15 minutes.
Crumble bacon on top.
