Chicken-Fruit Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up cold cooked chicken (large chunks)
    1 c. cut up celery (1/2-inch pieces)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sweet green grapes, halved, or drained cut up pineapple
    1/2 c. salted almonds
Preparation
    Toss together the chicken, celery, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
    Mix in the remaining ingredients.
    Chill thoroughly. Arrange a mound in each lettuce cup.
    Serves 6.
