Sour Lima Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1 lb.) size cans lima beans
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drain the lima beans thoroughly.
    Add onion rings and celery. Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, horseradish, salt and pepper, mixing well.
    Toss gently with the beans.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Serve cold.
