Gourmet Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium all-purpose potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. shredded Muenster cheese
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Drain, cool, peel and slice into bowl.
    Combine cheese and butter or margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat.
    Stir until almost melted. Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold into potatoes.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
