Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. caraway seed
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and seeds.
Add to liquids and blend.
Add dry ingredients must be moistened.
More buttermilk may be used if needed.
Mix in raisins.
Place in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
