Hot Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    5 oz. shredded dried beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, milk, beef and sour cream.
    Add green pepper, onion and garlic.
    Place in pie plate.
    Sprinkle with pecans, which have been heated in the butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with Escort crackers.
