Shrimp In Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined *
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
    In a large skillet, heat margarine over medium high heat.
    Add shrimp and garlic.
    Cook, stirring frequently for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
    Stir in parsley and sherry.
