Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 pkg. corn bread mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    9 medium yellow squash, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare cornbread as instructed on packets.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine until tender.
    Add to cornbread. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until it reaches the consistency you desire, approximately 30 minutes.
