Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
8 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
pie crust
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks; add flour and cocoa.
Gradually add milk, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
Cook until almost thick.
Put in almost done pie crust.
Beat together egg whites and 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar to make the meringue.
Put the meringue on top of the chocolate. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
