Caramel Frosted Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 cup milk
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsps. vanilla
    2 cups plain flour
    4 eggs
    1 cup shortening plus 1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, beat for at least 2 minutes.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Beat well.
    (The longer you beat the better, but don't overdo.)
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    You can use any flavoring.
