Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick butter
    salt, pepper and onion (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with vegetable spray.
    Mix hash browns (thawed), sour cream, soup and spices of choice.
    Put mixture in pan; dot with butter and top with Cheddar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
