Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. hamburger
 
1/2 lb. sausage
1 large chopped onion
2 cans Spanish rice
2 c. tomato juice
1 cabbage head
salt
Preparation
- 
                            Wilt cabbage and separate leaves.
 
Mix hamburger, sausage, onion and Spanish rice.
Roll mix in leaves and put in a deep pot. Cover with the tomato juice and simmer for 2 hours on low heat. Salt the mix to taste.
