Cheese-Filled Almond Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. toasted almonds
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, or 2 tsp. nutmeg, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well, then set aside.
Combine dry ingredients.
In separate bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, butter and the 2 beaten eggs.
Stir pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
