Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in cubes or strips
    dash of pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    1 c. cream or evaporated milk, undiluted
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter or margarine 5 minutes.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, cream and sherry.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, nutmeg, pimento and olives; mix well.
