Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pan dressed catfish fillets
2 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oleo or cooking oil or Pam
lemon wedges
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Dip catfish in melted oleo or oil or spray with Pam, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
Arrange fish in well-greased dish or place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
