Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In saucepan mix butter, cornstarch, salt and mustard.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from stove and stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese, stir until melted.
    Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until browned.
