Sour Cream Dressing Ireland - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. malt vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1 head lettuce
salt

Preparation

Mash eggs and mix with dry ingredients until well blended. Add vinegar and sour cream gradually.
Wash and tear apart lettuce and put in bowl.
Pour dressing over and serve immediately.
