Baked Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    10 to 12 Italian sausage links
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1 (16 oz.) box mostaccioli
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, blend together browned ground chuck, onion, spaghetti sauce, water and mushrooms.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Simmer sausages in a little water in a separate covered pan until done. Slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Add to sauce and continue simmering sauce.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Put 1 cup of the sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with half of the pasta, two cups Mozzarella cheese and all the Parmesan cheese.
    Layer remaining sauce, pasta and cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
