Sauerkraut Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 big handfuls egg noodles, uncooked
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain.
    Put half of meat mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Cover with sauerkraut, then layer noodles.
    Keep noodles away from edge of pan.
    Cover with the rest of the meat mixture.
    Mix the soups with 3/4 can of water. Spread evenly on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spread cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes longer.
