Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar and baking powder; add eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth, about 4 minutes.
    Spread 1/2 the batter in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Spread pie filling over batter, then top with remaining batter.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    (Apple, peach, strawberry, blueberry or raisin pie filling may be substituted for cherry.)
    Yields 16 servings.
