Cheese 'N Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie shells
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
4 eggs
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake pie shells until lightly brown, about 7 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
In a skillet, brown sausage until done.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
Saute onions and bell pepper until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
Stir sausage into mixture.
Divide sausage mixture between the pie shells. Sprinkle cheese on top.
In bowl, beat eggs until blended; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour over cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Slice and serve with tossed salad.
