Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, milk, salt and egg; mix well. Shape into meatballs and place in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Stir in flour and soy sauce; cook until thickened. Pour sauce over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, basting frequently.
