Angel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugars.
Add egg and mix well. Stir in almond and vanilla extracts.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to mixture and mix only enough to combine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes until golden.
