Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. diced chicken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms
1 small jar sliced pimento
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Cook rice in chicken broth as directed on package.
Do not overcook rice.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry powder and mix lightly into rice, chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms, pimentos and almonds.
Put into a casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (30 plus minutes).
