Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. trimmed beef tenderloin
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    6 oz. can mushrooms
    1 can beef broth
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Brown meat quickly in 1/4 cup margarine or butter.
    Push meat to one side and add mushrooms and sliced and chopped onions.
    Cook until tender, but
    not brown. Add broth.
    Heat to boiling.
    Blend yogurt with flour and stir into broth. Cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve
    over hot rice.
