Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 c. raisins, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. sifted powdered sugar
    1 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in raisins and pecans.
    Spoon into a 12-cup Bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Dollop 1 tablespoon whipped topping on each slice.
