Roast, Rice And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    3 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cut potatoes
    1 cut carrot
    1 tsp. Tony's
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper
    3 green onions
Preparation
    Stuff roast with garlic and season it.
    Brown it in 1/4 cup grease with onion and bell pepper.
    Slowly add water and cook for about 2 hours.
    Cook rice, then add your potatoes and carrot to roast for 45 minutes, then you're ready to eat.
