Cherry Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cake flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. hot water
1 c. cherry pie filling
1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared with skim milk)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pie filling and Dream Whip. Beat 3 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9-inch pie plate.
Cool.
Spread with pie filling.
Top with Dream Whip. Refrigerate.
