Potato Salad With Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot cooked potatoes, diced
    1/3 c. French dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
    cayenne to taste
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced sweet pickles
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix potatoes lightly with French dressing.
    Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
    Add celery, pickles, mayonnaise and chopped egg whites.
    Add more seasoning if needed.
    Just before serving, garnish with parsley and egg yolks forced through a ricer or sieve.
