Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    butter (size of egg)
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients in double boiler until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Cool.
    Add juice and grated rind of lemon. Whipped cream can be added before serving over your favorite fruit.
