Hot Pepper And Veggie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cauliflower
12 small sliced cucumbers
25 yellow hot peppers
5 sweet green peppers, seeds out and sliced
30 small onions or sliced if bigger than a walnut
10 carrots, sliced like French fries
20 green tomatoes (small as the onion)
4 chili peppers for each qt. jar
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric (for yellow color)
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients in large pot.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook all together 5 minutes or until peppers and veggies change color.
Put in canning jars and seal.
Make sure you have the chili peppers in each jar or it will be too hot.
Makes 4 or 5 quarts.
