Nancy'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten until light and fluffy
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. raw, grated, unpeeled zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

To beaten eggs, add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini. Add remaining ingredients.
Blend.
Turn into greased and floured loaf pans (2).
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
