Sausage And Egg Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 onion, chopped
6 slices bread, torn into small pieces
2 1/2 c. milk
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten
salt to taste
Preparation

Fry sausage and onion.
Drain.
Mix sausage and onion with rest of ingredients.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Let it set all day or overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
