Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 can chicken soup, undiluted
    salt and pepper to taste
    Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    butter
Preparation
    Mash squash; add onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Butter casserole dish.
    Sprinkle layer of crumbs on bottom.
    Add squash mixture.
    Cover with remaining crumbs and generous dots of butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This freezes well.
