Mexican Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. ground meat
    2 or 3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 or 3 c. hot water
    bell pepper and onion to taste
    4 or 5 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. rice
    2 or 3 large potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil. Add water, tomatoes, onions and bell pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Add rice, potatoes and chili powder. Simmer about 1 hour.
