Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. bread pieces (mouth size)
    4 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring milk and margarine to a boil.
    Beat eggs and set aside. Mix sugar, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon.
    Pour into milk mixture. Stir beaten eggs and vanilla into milk mixture also.
    Put bread into baking dish and pour the mixture over the bread.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
