Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    onion to taste
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Mix all the above ingredients, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup oleo.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with the corn flakes, mixed with the oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
