Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 small jar apple jelly
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 lb. mixed fruit
    1/2 lb. red cherries
    1/2 lb. green cherries
    1 box raisins
    1/2 lb. pineapple
    1 lb. nuts, mixed
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, jelly, butter, orange juice and spices. Mix well.
    Roll fruit, nuts and raisins in flour and add to egg mixture; mix well with hands.
    Put in pans and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
    Use a toothpick to test for doneness.
