Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can onion soup
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Combine in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 with foil on top.
    Serves 4 to 5.
