Chicken Cashew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. diced green onions
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. cashews
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Combine next 4 ingredients; stir into bouillon mix.
    Brown chicken in oil; add bouillon mixture, cooking until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients, except nuts and rice.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir occasionally. Remove from heat.
    Add 1/4 cup nuts.
    Serve over rice.
    Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
    Serves 4.
