Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    4 onions, chopped
    12 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    12 cayenne peppers, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large pot.
    Simmer slowly for about 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally so it won't stick to the bottom.
    Cook until reduced to nearly half.
    Put in hot sterile jars with lids. Turn jars upside down; let sit until jars are cold.
    Makes about 6 pints.
    It too hot, use less peppers.
