Blitz Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk.
Spread in two layer pans (greased).
Cover with meringue or egg whites and 1 cup sugar.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
