Skillet Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 rounded Tbsp. margarine
4 rounded Tbsp. flour
4 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
4 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, cocoa and sugar.
Set it aside.
Mix eggs and milk together and set aside.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Add sugar mixture.
Stir and then add milk and egg mixture.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring continuously.
Pour in cooked pie shells.
Top with Cool Whip or meringue.
This recipe will make one deep dish or two regular pies.
