Ingredients

1 lb. light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

Mix brown sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add maple flavoring. Use hot or cold over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, French toast or rice pudding.
