Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 doz. corn tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small whipping cream
1 onion
1 small can diced Ortega chilies or broccoli
1 1/2 lb. cheese
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken.
Cut into small pieces.
Cut tortillas in strips (1 to 2 inches).
Mix cream of chicken soup with whipping cream and stir.
Dice onions, brown and have them ready.
Grate cheese.
Layer in a large square dish.
