Orange-Pumpkin Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream the shortening.
    Gradually add the sugar, beating well. Add pumpkin, eggs and orange juice; mix well.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir into pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cut into squares and serve.
