Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 to 3 oz. pkg. dried beef, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and milk.
    Stir in rest of ingredients. Microwave until hot.
    Serve warm with crackers.
