President Reagan'S Favorite Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard (dry)
    3 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in salt water until tender; drain.
    Stir in beaten egg and butter.
    Mix dry mustard and a little salt and pepper in a tablespoon of hot water.
    Add milk.
    Add cheese, leaving a little to sprinkle on top.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Add milk.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until custard is set and top is crusty at 350\u00b0 (45 minutes).
