Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers (about 4)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green peppers
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix cucumbers and salt; let stand 1 hour.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
Refrigerate for 12 hours. Mix every once in a while.
(Pickles will keep in refrigerator for about 1 month.)
