Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. Marsala wine
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Heat butter/margarine in large skillet.
Brown crushed garlic until golden, then discard.
Saute chicken until browned on all sides.
Add sliced mushrooms and Marsala; cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
